When I try to click on a certain link (and only 1 link) I get a "file downloading" message. I've tried the link from both my page and from others with the same problem. What gives?

Can you describe what you try to do, exactly and step by step? so we can try to recreate the error.

when I click on the link http://jersey113.fotopages.com rather than the page I get a green box that says
"You are downloading the file
/fromjersey.113.fotopages
Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?"
I've viewed her page in the past and I don't think she has changed her link info
Seems before the move, during a time of frequent bugs, I'd get this message on many pages...now just Danielles

There is no such fotopage named http://jersey113.fotopages.com
But there is jersey1113 (four 1's) 
Probably you mean this one
Change the link to http://jersey1113.fotopages.com then
When a Fotopage doesn't exist, it shows you the download "thingy".
We will fix this into a regular redirection to the homepage soon.
P.S.
the "Download" error was fixed.
