Hi Tiensheng, my technique is simple... it's the basic panning technique where i pan(move) my camera as the subject comes past me and press the shutter as soon as I feel the subject is in frame. Basically it's trial and error, keep trying and you'll get it right! btw, my settings were mostly 1/200 sec. Fast enough to freeze the subject, slow enough as not to freeze the background. Press Officer requested a favour from my sifu to supply photos to Malay Mail cause Official Photog. was "MIA "

So in da end , my sifu decided to pass the request to me as he thought I have better shots. He gave the contact of the Malay Mail journalist to enable me to send the photos to him lor ... hehe Big green
