Thanks -maryam for choosing me for this weeks challenge.
This week I return to Lisbon the capital of portugal for another college year. Since I'm from a small town, the impact with the big city is always big. So for this week the challenge will be "City Life". Take pictures of hundreds of peoples on an city, or show us what a normal day in your hometown is.
This week's challenge will end on Sunday the 24th of September
The Rules :
1. post your (taken by yourself) photo(s)/image(s) on your fotopage, copy the direct link to your photo(s) and post it here.
2. make sure it has at least something to do with the theme/topic in some way.
3. no limit on how many photos/images, but put them in the same post.
4. at the end of the week the person that chose the theme this time around gets to pick the person to choose the next weeks theme. there are no winners... this will just be the starter of the next weeks topic.
5. in your responses in this forum, choose a single image to share; we can link to the rest of your images at your Fotopage.

This is the second time I'm posting an entry for a challenge. I guess i start to like it  I know they're not the best photos but it's just fun to see how different people envision the same topic.

What you want to do, is not just copy the link to the page, you have to get the link to a picture itself.
So, go here:
http://shw.fotopages.com/11848230.html
-Right click on the picture and select Properties
-Highlight the link (http://2.srv.fotopages.com/2/11848230.jpg), right click it and select Copy
Then come here and paste that link into the Img tag as you did

this pic was taken a few days ago, at a tunnel connecting to the mrt station, right after office hour, while commuters rushing home...
a group of youngsters were playing music on the side of the walkway. good tunes, i must say!

I've never seen a city so dense and amazingly matchbox-like when seen from above like this. HCMC is a very remarkable city, and the obvious French influence can clearly be seen from the urban square and park layout..which unfortunately, didn't get to capture that. Soooo many motorcycles, even MORE than Malaysia, and a lot of people use the park at night to play ball, run with their kids and jog. Successful urban park design, without a doubt. And i can see them sitting by the streets in front of their apt door/steps with their lazy chairs...probably coz it's hot inside at night. And i can notice that although they live in small apartments, almost all of the balconies or windows have plants. It's like their concern for having a piece of earth with them seemed unified, but yet they're done very casually. I'd love to walk around that town again. Great great details on city living.
