I remember reading a story where a blind person wanted to understand what colors were. A friend handed the blind person a thing that was cold and another thing that was hot. It was explained that the cold thing was "blue" and the hot thing was "red" and the blind person began to "see" colors through the use of other senses.
I want this challenge to reverse the idea: show us temperature!
Here are the guidelines for the contest:
1. post your (taken by yourself) photo(s)/image(s) on your fotopage, copy the direct link to your photo(s) and post it here.
2. make sure it has at least something to do with the theme/topic in some way.
3. no limit on how many photos/images, but put them in the same post.
4. at the end of the week the person that chose the theme this time around gets to pick the person to choose the next weeks theme. there are no winners... this will just be the starter of the next weeks topic.
PLEASE, in your responses in this forum, choose a single image to share; we can link to the rest of your images at your Fotopage.
This week's challenge will end on Sunday, September 10, 2006.

heres my shots. used photoshop to darken the background and to improve the color of the flame
its actually a picture of a fire my friend started to prepare for our annual summer grill fest!

I have chosen the foto submitted by Maryam, as her image illustrated temperature contrasts -- knowing that the flame is hot, but being shown as a negative, a reverse, and therefore looking cold. Her flames look like a cold liquid.

 <br> this time.. KL was bout to have a heavy down pour...there's lighting everywhere..but i stand next to the lightning rod..aahhaha..anything for a pics..feel thw wind and the rain tak?
