VOLUNTARY PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED!!

Calling all the proffesional photographers out there living & working in the Klang Valley (or outside), here is an offer for all of you..

I am having a CHARITY FUND RAISING EVENT on the 25th November 2006 at BANGSAR AVENUE. Its a fund raiser for The Girl Guides Association of Selangor.There will be a lot of activities, artiste performance, charity auction, celebrities, sponsors and VIPS both from the Corporate world AND the Government.

An audience of 3000 pax is expected with high powered superbikes attending as well. There shall also be artiste performances, a charity auctioning session, performances from the Girl Guides Association of Selangor and a Mock Cheque Presentation ceremony.

So here's the deal..anyone (we are inviting at least 10 photographers) to come and participate in our event, take pictures as many as you wish, do whatever with the pictures, distribute as many personal business cards as you can BUT we would want a copy of ALL the pictures you snap on that particular day.

What you will get :-

a) Total access to the entire event from start till end (starts at 3pm &ends at approx 9pm)
b) A COMPLIMENTARY event t-shirt, goodie bag & free drinks
c) Total exposure for your business (you are allowed to distribute your business cards, mingle around etc)
d) Total exclusive rights to the pictures taken (to be posted on your web, FP etc)
e) An opportunity to be at the FIRST Piccadilly Caring For Society's Fund Raising Campaign..
f) A Certificate of Appreciation from The Girl Guides Association of Selangor & Piccadilly Community

What we would want in return :-

a) A confirmation of attendance via e-mail or sms from your goodself, latest 30 days before the event (before 25th October 2006). Please sms to 012-6254110 OR harrisandria@gmail.com
b) A copy of ALL the pictures taken by your camera/team on the event day.
c) For you to have FUN!!

There is still time for you to think about it though, but those who are really interested, please do call me at the number above for more info. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a CHARITY FUND RAISING event, please dont expect much out of it but please put all the effort you can..
