I encountered the same problem this morning (UK time), posted the problem in the forum, got my reply and things are sorted out now.
Sadly though some pvt messages and ongoing topics/games( looks sadly at Mark  ) in the discussion forum had vanished.. oh and not forgetting the smileys icon page still unavailable too.

I still having problems updating my TAG.

I really don't know HOW TO REPAIR IT.
I guess I have to live with what I have right now as the TAG. However, please note that I cannot change my names and title too. Same error appears each time

I've found another problem, not sure this happen to all users;
1) Can't Save/Update New Entry
2) Can't Upload 6 Photos Instantly (Can Only Upload 1 By 1)
~ Whenever click Save/Update button, next page will display : The page cannot be displayed; There's no problem about my broadband connection... Because I still can browse into another webpages ! Please advise...

I believe different users are experiencing different problems at different times. As soon as one hiccup gets sorted, another one occurs. I am sure the admins are doing their best in improving the situation. But at the end of the day, I dont think there's much us users can do about it . We just need to hang in there, keep trying and summon more patience
