Hi Julia,
I am not good in giving instruction, I'll try ok.
1) You may send your individual picture to your friends by clicking on the small picture and once the picture enlarged, see below it, there is "Mail this Foto to a friend" link. Click on it and just follow the instruction there on.
..alternatively
2) You may provide your url to your friends (the one that starts with http://and followed by your fotopages name.) If I am not mistaken, they may view as well as leave comments without being member of fotopages.com (stand corrected)
