We are currently testing new servers and doing some tuning of existing servers - this may result in some odd results occasionally over the next few days depending on which server you hit but the end result should be a faster system overall.
We hope to have it all done and have a bunch of new servers running well by the end of next week. If by then you still see something not working correctly - let us know.

New servers are online now and you should notice a considerable speed improvement.
Email uploading should also be working now - there is a problem with spammers hammering the system which effectively broke it. We've made some changes to keep the system working for now while we work on a better way to block spammers.
We still have other improvements we want to do such as database tuning as well as new/better features which we hope to add soonish.
